WELCOME TO MY CORNER
I am a wife, mom to 5, registered nurse, and a recovering burned out mama.
I know the feeling of overwhelm while working full time, trying to manage a household, raising children, fulfill my church responsibilities...and feeling like you're failing at all of it.
Until one day I just couldn't do it anymore.
That was when the idea of Burned-Out-Mama began.

You set your alarm for 5:30 AM hoping for ten quiet minutes before the house wakes up, but you are already exhausted before your feet touch the floor. There are school lunches to pack, emails to answer before your 9:00 AM meeting, laundry overflowing in the hallway, and an endless mental checklist of family and community commitments that you haven't had time to touch in weeks.
To the outside world, you are holding it together with grace. You smile in the school pickup line, deliver work presentations on time, and make sure everyone is fed, clean, and supported. But behind closed doors, your chest aches with a heavy, constant vibration of panic. You feel like a frantic actor playing the role of a mother who has everything under control.
And the hardest part isn't just the physical exhaustion. It is the insidious guilt that creeps in late at night: the quiet, devastating fear that despite running yourself into the ground every single day, you are still falling short for your children, your job, your faith, and yourself.
Desperate for relief, I moved past the guilt and started treating our household chaos like a problem waiting for thoughtful, sustainable solutions.

I spent late nights devouring productivity research, habits psychology, and household workflows. I tested every system I could find, determined to uncover how thriving mothers managed their homes without collapsing under invisible mental weight.
My life's work today isn't about teaching you how to build an unrealistic, sterile routine or pretending motherhood fits into rigid checklists. It is about helping you realize just how extraordinary and successful you already are, right in the thick of family life.
By sharing gentle, repeatable daily rhythms and realistic home systems, my mission is to take the mental weight off your shoulders. We simplify meals, morning rushes, and bedtime routines so you can step away from constant triage mode.
Ultimately, this is about finding peace so that you can appreciate the chaos : treasuring the messy, joyful, fleeting moments of raising little humans with a calm, grounded heart.
You do not have to carry every piece of the household alone anymore. Step into a supportive circle of mothers who are trading relentless overwhelm for small, rhythmic systems that actually stick.
No pressure or perfection required • A safe space for tired moms
